Account Manager – Chase Stephens State Farm
As an Account Manager at Chase Stephens State Farm, you’ll play a key role in the success of our agency and—most importantly—helping our customers protect what matters most. You’ll build strong relationships, support customers through policy needs and concerns, and collaborate with our team to ensure a great experience every time. You’ll also proactively market and recommend the right insurance solutions, turning conversations into meaningful coverage.
What You’ll Do
- Build and nurture customer relationships to strengthen retention and drive long-term growth
- Conduct policy reviews and provide clear, personalized recommendations based on customers’ needs
- Own and oversee the resolution of complex customer issues, coordinating with internal teams to deliver timely solutions
- Recommend, explain, and sell insurance products using your knowledge of our offerings to both warm and cold leads
- Proactively identify opportunities to match customers with the right policies and services
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in insurance sales or account management is preferred (but not required—right attitude counts)
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- A proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals/targets
- Confidence and enthusiasm for having sales conversations and helping customers understand their options

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
